Hipchat will be performing a rotation of our SAML provider certificate on Friday, June 23rd at 7 pm Central.
This maintenance is expected to take 2 hours to complete.
Customers using SAML authentication may experience login issues until their identity provider's certificate cache has been expired and the new certificate has been retrieved.
If you are experiencing login issues after this maintenance window is completed, you will need to contact your SAML administrator or provider referencing this notification to refresh your certificate cache.
